Recommended tasks from the backend plan (action rules, dated for 20 Oct 2026), by start date and then rank. These are recommendations for officer verification; nothing here has been carried out or verified.
Plan windows (PRD v2 §7.3)
11–13 Oct (D-9 → D-7)
Officer approves the priority list. Field check of Rani Kamlapati / Kamla Park identity. Request pre-immersion sampling at data-gap ghats.
14–17 Oct (D-6 → D-3)
Pre-immersion sampling. Install barricades, nets or booms. Set up flower and offering collection points. Arrange aerators for Tier 1 ghats.
18–19 Oct (D-2 → D-1)
Aerators running at ghats with DO below 4 in past readings. Crews briefed and deployed. Re-check DO at Tier 1.
20 Oct (D)
Immersion. During-immersion sampling. Aeration on. Continuous removal of floating debris.
21–22 Oct (D+1 → D+2)
Post-visarjan clean-up: remove idol remnants, frames, cloth and floral waste; transport for disposal. Aeration continues.
23–26 Oct (D+3 → D+6)
Follow-up DO checks at high-risk ghats; residual clean-up.
27 Oct (D+7)
One-week-after sampling, including coliform. Status against the one-week-after target. Officer report.
Overall measure of success: the 27 Oct sample against the target (DO 5 mg/l or more, BOD 3 mg/l or less, pH 6.5–8.5, total coliform 500 MPN/100 ml or less).
Timeline
Only water sampling has an assumed role (MPPCB regional office, Bhopal — confirm). Every other role is blank until the officer fills it in; the titles under the blanks are PRD v2 §7.4 examples.
